Has anyone cut dairy out their toddlers diet and noticed an improvement in things like eczema, bowels, sleep?
My 18 month old was breastfed for a year then went onto a bit of formula then cows milk and would happily drink cows milk all day long.
Theyve had mild eczema from around 6 months but it’s progressively gotten worse and now unfortunately covers most of her lower body, we have seen the GP a few times and have steroid creams but can’t see much improvement.
Her nappies have also become explosive, for example waking up covered in poo.
Waking in the night, really irritable during the day. Is this just normal toddlerhood or would cutting out dairy seem a reasonable thing to do?
