Peri menopausal advice on blood tests

After weeks of thinking I’ve got thyroid issues, diabetes or severe anamiea or kidney aren’t working and everything else my blood tests came back fine. Everything week something different hurts, even every day at times, in many different places, so next is to ask GP to see rheumatologist/neuroglist and ask for ecg. I’ve got lots of different symptoms. I’m 47, young kids and exhausted and stressed so this doesn’t help.

can anyone tell me what 30.9 serum fsh indicates peri? I’ve not the energy I used to have. I have a physical job and I’m finding it very hard now even part time and less than part time. Here is the thing my periods are still coming , not as regular but still coming although a few times they came after a 1 week!! And 2 but then settled back to nearly the same. No hot flushes , none of the common symptoms

do you think I’m peri? I’m still going to ask to be checked for everything though

FSH aside, at 47, it highly unlikely that you’re not in Perimenopause

I started peri at 43. Had night sweats, anxiety, major depression, palpatations, etc.
I was given Trisequens and have swapped them for patches. Most of my symptoms have gone apart from anxiety.

Just been to GP as palpitations were worrying me and eh checked everything and all my blood tests are fine. The into thing was my Fsh levels he actually mentioned it and I was surprised and said I’m in the beginning of menopause but will send me for an ecg and maybe a 24 monitors I’m trying to relax at home but small children isn’t easy.
