I've done around 70 hrs worth of lessons 1.5 hrs a week I have no one around me who can take me out drubing between lessons! My concentration is bad after driving for 30 minutes I find Mt concentration dips and i keep making stupid mistakes like not dropping my gears at roundabouts and junctions and I don't even notice signs I feel like there's nothing else my instructor can teach me the mistakes I'm making are Purley my own doing! Hoe can I over come this and focus more, my test is in about 5 weeks and I just get told I'm a dangerous driver off instructor...my anxiety is starting to make me feel sick at the thought of another disappointing lesson and paying £240 a month for the plesure....any advice

I would switch to automatic and start with shorter lessons, then build up your tolerance over time. It is best to spend more time and money learning now than hoping for the best and either failing or passing by the skin of your teeth and still feeling unsafe on the road.
I've probably had in excess of 200h of lessons, shorter lessons twice a week. And it was worth every penny.

Change driving instructor. A supportive positive instructor will be able to help you overcome this. No instructor should be telling you you are dangerous and still letting you drive.
A driving test is around 40 mins I think so I think you need to work on focusing for longer rather and postpone you test than risk failing it.

I would take your test, and if you fail, change your instructor and also change the car to an automatic.
