To order a pizza I don't really feel like...........

from Perfect Pizza just to make up the minimum order as I want some icecream??

I can't get out to the shop as the DS's are asleep in bed, and I need some comfort food.

Only place I can think of that does icecream (more particularly Ben & Jerry's) is Perfect Pizza, but their minimum order is £8, and the B&J is "only" £4.39.....

Ordering the pizza as well would cost quite a bit more though (money not a problem, I can afford it.........)

YANBU

I'd kill for B&J's right now! Cookie dough.

I am sulking.

FAQ · 04/05/2008 21:02

right just got my order confirmation (did it online)........should be here in the next 45 minutes......

Now I just have to hope that

a) that DS's are actually asleep by then (DS1 and 2 frequently lie and whisper to each other until late)

b) that if they are asleep they don't get waken up by it being delivered.....

Of course we all know pizza covers all the main food groups (carbohydrate, veggies oh and fruit if you have something with pineapple on, dairy, protein, fibre).

And you are worried about giving your dcs a balanced meal 2 days running/

Oy, missus, at no point did I say you were the worst mother in the world. I might not agree with you, but hey-ho. Not my baby!

Now shhh and drink this coke that I just traipsed round the shop to buy you (whilst leaving DD on hr own)

FAQ it's all your fault!

DH is bringing me a pizza from the chippy on his way home.

I'll be scoffing pepperoni and jalepeno in about half an hour

FAQ · 04/05/2008 22:29

onepieceoflollipop · 04/05/2008 22:43

But expat you are pg aren't you? Surely the pizza is good for you and the baby.

Am I mixing you up with someone else or was it you recently suffering with bad sickness? If so sounds like you are feeling much better which is great. Get some chips as well!

expatinscotland · 04/05/2008 22:52

i still boak every night, lolly. oh yes.

but i've had my nightly hurl so now i'm hungry.

he's still not back yet, but he didn't get off till 10.30.

onepieceoflollipop · 04/05/2008 22:58

I remember those days and nights of puking (not fond memories either...) I felt like I was pg for years not months. I used to work evening shifts and in the early months used to sneak off to McDonalds. All that hot grease seemed to help a little, sometimes it did anyway.

Hope you enjoy your snacks.
