To ask for help with this ECG question?

I recently had an ECG whilst in a&e. The results were left out on the table and I could easily read it- the things I remember off the top of my head were;

fusion complexes
left axis deviation
Inferior infact age undetermined
ST and T wave abnormalities consider lateral ischaemia

among other things but I can’t remember the rest haha

Nothing was mentioned to me about that so I’m assuming it means it was just a mistake from the machine? I googled what the different things mean and it’s coming up with all sorts of things from heart damage to other problems and I was just slightly worried the results were abnormal, but nothing was said so I’m assuming it’s just the case that the machine was being overly sensitive? I meant to ask the doctor when he came back in but I stupidly forgot and only remembered once I was home! I was going to ask at my next cardiologist appointment but that’s a while away unfortunately so I won’t know for sure for a while.

the staff were great at a&e so not for one second suggesting they missed something, but I just got myself worried when I saw those results. Does anyone know anything about it? Are those ecg machines bad for giving over sensitive results?

Basically an ECG is as accurate as the person analysing it. Bear in mind that it records every anomaly - for example ectopic beats, which are often harmless. If the clinicians treating you thought there was a serious problem they would refer you for additional tests - an echo, MRI scan etc.
