Just that. And have that pathetic face! Always when it’s busy! The same germs women are exposed to but just have to get on with it! Because where would the kids go? Who would cook?

There is no ‘female dressing gown of doom’!

And to add insult to injury he’s worked a day today before all the in laws arrive but taken the two days after they leave off to ‘rest’ 12 people to cook clean and make beds for! And he rolled holiday to next year and didn’t take today! But bless is heart he’s not well!

I don’t think most do.

I hate to be that person, but honestly NAMALT. There may be no female 'dressing gown of doom' but I have known plenty of lazy, workshy women.

Well, taking away the gender stereotyping, genuinely NAMALT, clearly yours is.

He has left all the prep work to you before NY. Make damn sure that any clearing up, changing sheets etc. will be covered by him on his leave.

Ive not noticed dh, dad or either sons shirking.
Maybe its just yours.
I've worked over Christmas but my ' lad and dad crew have shopped, cooked and sorted out presents as well as done the day to day cleaning.
Dh was feeling really poorly but he just cracked on.
This isn't anything special but normal.

My ex would always hide in the toilet for ages whenever tasks needed to be done, and then do them slowly as he could. He's an ex for several reasons, this is just one. But it's a big one.
