Headphones on public transport

Is it unreasonable to expect children not to watch videos or whatever on public transport without headphones on?
If you don't want your children to have headphones because of their ears then take a book for them or colouring to do.
Maybe I am being unreasonable and grumpy but I've had enough of other people's children's video choice on my commute home today (and yes I've had young children and no I never let them do this on public transport)

Adults do it too.
Also kids in restaurants.
Its very antisocial but round where I live you darent say anything or risk getting knocked out

No.
But good luck. It's grown ups too not just children.

Penguinmouse · 27/12/2024 16:33

Not unreasonable, it’s dickish behaviour. I usually always tell people to turn it off.

Agree, but it's the way things are now. People are selfish as fuck.

socks1107 · 27/12/2024 18:28

It was just children today doing it though although facilitated by their parents.
Glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like this

I agree entirely

Monstermashermashedthemonster · 27/12/2024 18:45

Even worse is when adults do it.

kiraric · 27/12/2024 18:46

Honestly I find this happens far more often with adults than children
