Think I may have eaten raw chorizo sausage

I bought these from Aldi. Took them out for our Christmas Day evening buffet. Decided I’d try one and started eating it when I was reading on the back they need cooking! I spat most of it in the bin. They looked like they were ready to eat.
I am travelling down to see my family for a second Christmas in a few days , I hope I haven’t made myself ill for it 😔

It’s cured meat, it’s fine.

I've done the same...thought the chorizo was nice and squishy 😅

Easiest way to tell is the "best before" date. If that had said "use by" it would have been raw pork that needed cooking before eating. So this was fine to eat with no cooking.
