Want to leave teaching

Posting for traffic.
For various reasons, I want to leave teaching. I teach young children.
Any ideas or comments from people who have taken the leap to leave? I have no idea what I’d even do.

@DuggeeH the charity sector is something that interests me too…

I left teaching a long time ago, ended up in charity sector, via community education. I have with a lot of responsibility having progressed and salary higher than teaching. Only drawback would be the holidays compared to teaching but it's a trade off I have been happy with.
