I ordered a cheese advent calendar from the Chuckling Cheese company back in October. I asked for it to be delivered by 28th November. 28th November Evri said the parcel was "on its way" but "We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We're working to get it on its way on the next working day and We'll let you know once it's out for delivery". I immediately emailed the Chucking Cheese company because that is a problem the sender needs to solve. They could have solved it by sending me a replacement via Royal Mail, but I've not heard back from emails or reply to telephone messages. I've had no help from Evri or the Chuckling Cheese company. More irritatingly, the Chuckling Cheese company have a social media team who tell me on Facebook, X and TrustPilot that Customer service is looking into it and will get back to me as soon as they are able to (but not in the last six days). I'm past wanting a resend now. AIBU to want a refund?
YABU - advent calendars still work even in January
YANBU - the joy of an advent calendar is opening them every day, and once that gone it's just overpriced small things.
