It's good to hear that they did exist and some people got their chocs. But seriously, 40 boxes!

There was another chocolate reward on my app last week they they didn't have either. That's the last time I waste my lunch break popping in to JL 😂

Yep 40 boxes in a huge city store struck me as ridiculous.

Also I think it's totally fair to moan about a reward that realistically can't be claimed by most of your customers.

Yeah, it's not running this year - they're currently "relaunching" Sparks and so haven't paid to have it developed this year. Instead there's supposed to be "random treats" for Sparks customers throughout the festive period.

Sounds like you weren't in it though - I was. All I got out of it was a few laughs with other MNers. The M&S side of it was a huge let-down for me, but I was still looking forward to it this year. Glutton for punishment.😂

I managed to get my free chocolates on Sunday, about 1.45pm. They had a lot more than 40 boxes, but there were about half a dozen other claimants in the minute or two it took me to get mine. This was Nottingham.

I also got the chocs on Sunday just before midday (Edinburgh). I said to DP we should make sure to claim that one because I didn't think the rest of the days would be very good, so far proven right! Gutted about M&S.

Just got my Sparks offers: nothing tempting there, & my closest full M&S stores have closed down.

Only just remembered about O2, nothing today!
