Not strictly an AIBU but just found this on Lytham St Anne’s beach. Looks like a Skelton or skull of some sort, any ideas?

No idea but watching with interest as I live 5 mins drive away so want to know if there will be lots of police activity shortly (that might spoil Xmas lights switch on 🤣)

Well I never. Should I ever come across one, I shall know what it is now.

You can clean that up and remove any odour using sodium percarbonate (O2 laundry bleach), a quick soak will kill any bacteria and won't damage it.

Thanks.
I don’t think I have any sodium percarbonate.
Is there anything else I can use to clean it?

Vanish stain remover ( or similar)
Sodium per carbonate is the active ingredient

Letmegohome · 30/11/2024 14:11

Google has loads of ideas

Do you have any green washing up liquid? Put a squirt in some warm water and soak for 24 hours to remove the grease, rinse well and let it dry; then use hydrogen peroxide or sodium percarbonate when you have some.
It might go a bit yellow over time, but that won't hurt. Whatever you do, don't use chlorine bleach or acid (vinegar), it will damage it.
