in considering telling a fib about how far pregnant I am??

Not to the midwives or anything like that!

Just random people in the street, aquintances ect ...

Im coming upto 7 weeks but my belly is huge, Im bigger than my lat pregnancies anyways about a size 14/16 compared to a 10 and 12 with the others but its ALL belly. Its swollen up, its rock hard... I look about 5/6 months gone.

And people ASK me daily if a am pregnant and I feel stupid saying 'yes, 6 weeks' Its quite embarresing

So would it be awful to say something less specific like 'were not sure yet about 3 months?'

I had a definite bump at 7 weeks with my first. I have photos a lot like yours. I had a scan a few days later. My dates were confirmed at 7+4 and it was a single pregnancy. I was pretty enormous come 39 weeks. It was mainly water though and when my waters went, my bump halved in size.

Everybody's different.

Im near 100% sure im only 6 or 7 weeks as i was trying for 4 months and did tests ALOT, my last period was 14th March and was a full 5 days bleeding with negative pregnancy tests a few days before i started.

I had a 'period', more painful and heavier than normal, when I was 4 weeks pregnant, so don't discount that.

As to other people, just tell them you are having triplets and watch their faces.

i did have negative tests though before the period started think Im just a fat bloater! lol

At least you may be able to get an extra dating scan out of your doctor, if you tell him you're not quite sure.

Or just shift from foot to foot a bit and say in a surprised tone "no, but I think this fart is finally coming out...hang on..."
