to not want anyone to harm my baby!!

I am fed up with clumsy relatives (in law)tripping up and down the stairs while carrying my baby! Then still insisting on carrying him around as they seem to think their egos are more important than his safety.
Has anyone got any ideas on how I can politely keep him out of harms way without coming across as a neureotic, control freak!
My sister-in-law is a bit 'slow' and also upsets baby by being a little rough with him, pulling him about etc.. Do I hurt her feelings or just make sure I'm always there...

Why do you all have to go upstairs to change the baby. Surely, its your baby, you do it. I would not want an audience whilst changing my baby. Bit innapropriate really. As for relatives with different disabilities, I have a few. At the end of the day ,your baby is more important than someone elses feelings. If you dont trust them with your baby then dont. I would not let my baby anywehere near my BIL and SIL unsupervised, let alone hold them. Simply because they do not have a grasp of what is or is not appropriate.

No, only let them have the baby sitting on the sofa with lots of cushions surrounding them.
