To think he's too old for me?

I like a man at work. There's been some flirting, I hope it's mutual.

My work friend's and I had him as late 20's, early 30's but I found out today he's 37!

I'm 24.

Friends are still saying go for it.

AIBU to think the gap is too big? He has no children, I have one.

I think only you can really answer that. Depends where you both are in your life.

Our age gap is 10 years (he’s older) and honestly, most days I forget.

Is he divorced/separated? 37 and forever alone would be a huge red flag for me!

11 year age gap here. It’s not a problem.

No I think it's ok especially as you have a child and he has none; so you are a little accelerated in life stages.

If he was the parent and you weren't I'd be thinking don't waste your youth being his unpaid nanny.

I'm 38 and my husband is 55 so a bigger gap than yours. Age is just a number, if you like him then go for it, nothing saying you have to be with him for life

I think regardless of the age gap, bear in mind that work relationships can be very awkward if things don’t work out and of course your child comes first. Might be a bit of a red flag if he’s not had a serious relationship at that age and how he feels re children?

If you both want the same things from life then I think it’s an entirely normal age gap!

Anyone that could be your parent is too old. He is just about under that line.
