I’m quietly sulking because ds ordered me the wrong pizza. Not only did it have mushrooms on it he ordered it with cheese sauce on the base rather than standard tomato pizza sauce. It was like eating a carbonara sandwich.

I didn’t want ds to feel bad so told him it’s not a problem but now he’s away in his room I’m being sulky and petulant and not letting DH cheer me up with dessert offerings from the freezer 🤣

I'm sulking because both my children are ill with a bug and I haven't slept a full night sleep in a while and my house is a disgusting state. So I'm scoffing chocolate on the sofa.

He just walked through the door with a huge bouquet of roses, the things to make the pistachio bar (minus the kataifi😂) , a McDonald's because my dinner came out crap, and a big box of Ferrero rochers. I feel guilty for crying now!🤣🥹

I had similar. I left it too late to go to bed so was stuck on the sofa too tired to move, contemplating all the steps required to get myself into bed.

We've got no chocolate in the house. None.
And the only crisps are prawn cocktail flavour.
This is bad and I am sulking.

I'm sulking and feeling very sorry for myself that I have yet another bad cold/unidentified lurgy, I haven't felt well for more than a handful of days since early October. Getting fed up of it now

That’s my kind of petty sulking. I would generally wait until we’re in company and when some else asks me how it went I’ll be “oh thank you so much for asking” whilst giving DH the side as the penny drops.

Oh that’s not sulky. I’m so sorry about your dad you should definitely tell your DH and ask for some support.

My capped tooth is doing my head in. Suddenly feels really sensitive and painful when I try and eat anything hard. Had a dental appointment just a few months back and all was fine so it makes no sense. It's making me stroppy.

My tale of woe is similar. I lit a lovely fire which is keeping my right side toasty, to my left however is a draft coming under the door, the draft excluder is upstairs in DDs bedroom as it's dog shaped and she likes playing with it. I am half warm, half cold and the warm half of me is unwilling to get up and retrieve 'long dog' from DDs toy pile. The two halves of my body have reached a stalemate.

It really was revolting I mean I’ve heard of bbq base sauce instead of tomato but who wants cheese sauce topped with more cheese!

I spontaneously left my job to go freelance and well it’s been a slow start and really need some work to come in soon!

Because despite keeping me up all night last night (genuinely no sleep) my newborn is showing no signs of tiredness. And when my parents came over to help, my body wouldn’t let me nap. I hate my body.

I thought I'd be the only one with a hot water bottle sulk.

Kettles died, freezing apartment, waiting for water to boil on the stove so I can then pour it into the kettle and then into the hot water bottle. Twice. One to hold, one at my feet.

It's such an old house they'll get cold in an hour I don't know why I bother.

Any chance you can slip out over the weekend to sit on a park bench with a hot choc and a book? Or just people watch? A bit of stillness might be a tonic for you.

My 3 adult DDs are bickering because they all want to come here for Xmas (so they have nothing to do themselves) but one won't come if my adult DS is coming because they argued over something 7 years ago. Actually I've done with sulking! I've told them it's all or nothing! And one of them can tell their brother why no one is coming. I'm planning some winter sun with the cash I will save
