Should I be worried about low blood pressure?

Reposting from 'general health' for traffic.

I'm in my late 30s and 63kg. My blood pressure is usually around 117/70, and has been most of my life. During my pregnancies it did lower at the end (rather than the rise that most people experience), which made me dizzy. The MW said at the time she wasn't concerned, as it was classed as low healthy. After pregnancy it went back up to my usual reading.
Recently, I have been suffering from dizziness, a general spaced out feeling, weak legs, and a lack of energy at times (not all of the time).
I have checked my blood pressure and have noticed that during one of the dizzy spells, it is low, and a healthy reading during the times I feel better. It has been ranging from 86/45 at its lowest to around 110/70. It seems to drop and rise throughout the day, and it isn't related to transitioning from standing to sitting. My bp will change at rest or while walking, there isn't a pattern.
Does anybody know what the cause may be? Are there any health professionals who could kindly share their medical expertise. Thank you.

@Els82 i don’t. Unfortunately but since I have been drinking more water and really concentrating on how much I drink it has been better.
As an example. My Nan is ill and we have been by her bedside. I have not drunk very much. And it has showed in my results.

I have been trying to drink more, at the moment I drink 2Ls.

I just took my BP now 111/57, pulse 70, 02 sat 100.

At the moment I don't feel breathless but this changes during the day, and I know when my bp dips to around 95/54, I will feel slighty breathless and lightheaded.

I guess I want reassurance that I shouldn't be worried about this and that others have experienced this without being concerned. My GP doesn't seem concerned but it bothers me as to why my BP has fallen lately from 115/70 to more like 100/54.

Low sodium and/or potassium can be responsible for this. Sorry haven’t rtft but presumably you’ve had blood tests?

Mine has been lower than that. Much lower. And my doctor just says I will probably outlive him.
