If you haven't got much time to mow the lawn it is annoying to find that someone has decided to have a BBQ at the same time. It is going to rain tomorrow-they probably just wanted to get it done.

Might be the only opportunity neighbour gets to cut grass. Anyway, unless the neighbour has a massive garden, grass cutting is very quick.
