AIBU to think that 12-13 hours is (on the spectrum of) normal?

My DC needs 12 hours of sleep to be human in the morning - it means dinner / bedtime routine has to be completed by 6:30 which gets so difficult with clubs / classes.

Bed at 7pm, up at 6. Or a bit before 😐
