To ask for advice re this rash

I have posted in Children's Health but posting here in the hope of more traffic. My DD is 10 and has had this rash on her inner thigh for about 8 weeks. We've seen two pharmacists and a GP. So far we've tried using Sudocreme, an anti fungal cream and, most recently, a steroid cream on GP prescription. None have done anything and it is not getting better. It is sore and looks awful. It's impacting her life as she is a keen swimmer and dancer. She's spending most of her time sat with her legs apart on the sofa with cream on it and is struggling to get comfy to sleep.
Has anyone seen anything like this before and if so, what did you do to fix it? The GP was fairly useless and the cream prescribed did nothing. I think it's an infection that needs an antibiotic cream at this point but I'd appreciate your advice. I'm intending contacting the GP again on Monday.

By the way, she's fit and well in herself.

@Skykidsspy brilliant. I've ordered that so hopefully it'll do the trick. I really don't want to wait it out- she's suffered for a good 8 weeks with it already and it's impacting her swimming and general fun massively.

Just waiting for a GP to look at the photo of it (getting an appointment where they actually look at you is almost impossible of course...)

Update- antibiotics prescribed. Hopefully the infection will calm down now
