Help with insurance subsidence claim

Can anyone advise me as to what to do?
I have a subsidence insurance claim on my terraced house.
We've been waiting since 2017 for a fix.
They have not been monitoring the cracks.
They started work in April this year and have stabilised the ground using injected resin. This has damaged the house more and many walls have bowed.
The resin is now blocking the drains for 4 houses meaning the water has nowhere to drain to and is probably leaking out under my house.
More cracks are appearing.
They have left the house with a huge crack in the roof, open to the elements and have removed the downpipes meaning water is running down the outside walls.
I'm really very concerned that the entire back of my house will collapse.
I've complained to the insurer, when I did this the builders walked off site and say they "don't want it in their portfolio".
I've complained to the ombudsman who have given me £1k compensation (the amount of the insurance excess!)
What can I do - or do I have to sit and watch my house fall down?

I am sorry you hear this. I am guesssing your complaint is with your home insurance and the builders they have sent out. I can only suggest you instruct a solicitor to pick it up as a dispute for you as more formal letters may help you get this resolved.

Is this claim with your insurance ans or council? Or what is the back story? I would ring up and follow up with something in writing I'd also get legal advise

Can you appeal the ombudsman decision?

Otherwise you would need to take legal action. Check if you have legal cover on another policy, e.g. car insurance.

Can you write back saying you want to start a new complaint or re open the old complaint and won't consider the matter closed until the original subsidence issue has been fixed and all the damage the contractors caused has been made good. Have a Google of consumer duty and Product Oversight and Governance regs and say you don't feel like you've been treated fairly under the related guidelines and provide examples of where they have not complied

Also it's worth googling the CEP in the UK and writing to them directly with a summary of the facts and what you want to happen

Yes the claim is with my insurer on a privately owned home.
Yes I've appealed the Ombudsman's decision and am awaiting a response.
I'll look in to your suggestions, thank you all for replying.
