To be Peed off with some of the other parents?

I am sick and tired of a letter in my DS bookbag asking parents to check our childs hair this evening as there is a child in the class with lice. Now am AMIBU in thinking that these parents of the children with the lice (we know who it is) are too god damn lazy to do something about it? My son has had lice before I admit but I treated everyone as soon as they appeared. What is wrong with some people? (My son also goes to a school where the parents are quite well off so the parents cannot say they cannot afford to buy the stuff!!!)

do you use oil?
or conditioner?

and what sort of oil, isnt it a bugger to get out of the hair then

i use olive oil ('cos didn't have almond/coconut) with lemon essential oil...

apply over whole head, and pull nit comb through. oil again and then tie back in plaits, french roll, side knots etc

check each evening and re-apply, tie hair in morning.

looks very sweet and easy to care for. the nits can't attach to breed this way.

Just one thing- don't go putting essential oils anywhere near your nice Mason & Pearson rubber pad hairbrush whatever you do... I speak from experience of a written off hairbrush.

The thing is my son HATES having his hair checked and I am literally fighting with him to do it!! THE MONKEY!!!!
