Just that.

I’m pissed off because I can’t get a roofer to sort my roof out. I’ve contacted around 7 of them. 1 came out, gave me some bollocks and never returned. Two further have come out, promised a quote ‘tonight’ and not heard a thing since. That was 10 days ago. The rest just didn’t reply to my messages.

I’ve woken up very irritated by this.

Now I’m annoyed because I’m taking my boys out and the oldest has put on an outfit that looks ridiculous.

Bloody dog out the back constantly barking! It’s barked all summer. Bloody sick of it.

We are having our living room renovated so it’s out of action. So DS who usually uses the living room is using the study and DH who usually uses the study is in the sitting area off the kitchen with me watching TV and I normally sit in here with nobody annoying me. I’m not keen on the tv on during the day as I find it distracting. I prefer the radio.

And our elderly Labrador is being a very whinging whining pain. I even took her for a walk earlier hoping she’d sleep when we got back. But she keeps whining constantly.

A child practicing piano at 9.30am and now some really loud church bells going off. I still can't work out where they're coming from after all these years? (There's quite a few churches nearby)
But apart from that I'm happy as a pig in shit as my dearly departed dad would say, lol. Nothing to do today but chill. 🤣

I put trousers on my (small for his age) 11 year old why can I see his ankles? They are 11-12 WHY CAN I SEE HIS ANKLES he is autistic so now he is dressed that's it and EVERYONE can see his ankles 😳 I look like I can't afford clothing I can he has other trousers he just won't CHANGE

OMG! I really feel this. My boy is also autistic and delights in the most bizarre clothing choices.

I bought something on Ebay and the seller has not sent it and is ignoring all messages.
Persuading Ebay to refund me will be a breeze I’m sure 😑

I've had 5 hours sleep because DS2 and his girlfriend were too noisy (chatting, moving around) and kept me awake until 1am then woke me again at 4am and I didn't get back to sleep until 5am.
I had to do a flu clinic at work at 8am. I'll be giving him a bollocking when I have the energy.

DH spent the whole of yesterday on the sofa, didn't want to come out with us because he was tired and today was still asleep when I got back from work at 1pm. He works away, 60-70 hours a week, so I know he needs to recharge, but he's done nothing to contribute socially, emotionally or practically this weekend and I'm annoyed about that. But for now I've gone back to bed and everyone else in the house can fuck off and sort themselves out for the rest of the day.

Oh! Also - I’m pissed off because the shopping arrived and I had forgotten to finish it so a selection of utter bollocks has arrived and I need to do a) a top up shop at Co-op or there will be no school lunches tomorrow and b) a more substantial big shop for all the stuff I missed.

Grrrrrr.

I'm making a cake for someone and it's taking bloody ages to cook.
I'm behind on chores but need to keep checking to see if it's done yet.

I cricked my neck this morning and it's bloody agony. I've been a misery all day at work but my neighbours are pissing me off right now. I'm trying to nap and they're screeching outside my window teaching their child to cycle

Don't remind me of my sore neck I pulled it the other day and I keep FIDGETING with it like my brain thinks hmm I wonder if this still hurts ooooh yes it does five minutes later I wonder......I have to permanently take pain killers so I can't feel it 😂

I'm on a train and people smell Birmingham smells of candles (when you blow them out that waxy burn smell?) I can currently smell nice aftershave and methylated spirits? My sense of smell got killed by covid I think some of its coming back? But why when I'm on a train near the toilet 🤢

I'm sad because my DM (aged 93) has lost her wedding ring somewhere. It's slipped off her finger and she doesn't know when or where.DH and I have searched the house for it. Emptied every refuse bin. Gone in and under her car. It isn't exactly light hearted as it would have been her 73rd wedding anniversary today if my dad was alive. But she is a trooper. James st said worse things happen at sea shiningstar2. Worse things are going on in the world and I am very fortunate to have my health. I suppose I am a bit p. off by excuse I would love to have found it for her. (Mustn't use the p word on a text about her or I will be in big trouble 😱🤣😱😱)

That is shit - I remember that well. The only think that helped was a fuck ton of carbs which came with other issues.
