Health worry - nausea and dizzy spells

I had my second baby via c section in July. Took about 6 weeks before I felt back to myself and without any pain. Towards the end of August I started feeling quite nauseous and the whole family ended up having a d and v bug, however since then I can't shake this feeling of fatigue and sudden random intense nausea spells. I'm never actually sick but I get blurred vision and feel so ill it's starting to become debilitating, especially with two little ones to take care of. Towards the end of my pregnancy I had continuous low blood pressure but the doctors and midwives weren't overly concerned at the time. I've been back to the GP and had various tests done (CT scan to check for any brain blockages and full eyesight imaging tests at the hospital with both coming back fine). Blood tests are coming back normal, the only thing they found on the CT scan was a paranasal sinus infection which I've had antibiotics for as of last week but still no improvement... I still have low blood pressure but the only thing they've said I can do for that is try and drink more which I've been doing. I guess I'm asking if I'm unreasonable to keep going back to the GP 😅 they're not concerned as it's not something really bad, however it is starting to affect my quality of life as it suddenly comes on nearly every other day now... Has anyone experienced this before or have any idea what it could be?

Go back if you need to but your symptoms sound like the standard low blood pressure problems.
Are you eating and getting enough sleep as a starting point? Increasing you water intake and taking things easy will help but easier said than done with a new baby.

Low blood pressure and low iron but you'll need a blood test and blood pressure check to make sure.
