AIBU To think if I'd been a man this probably wouldn't have happened?

Sorry this is long.
This happened yesterday at around 5.15pm. I was helping dgd into my car on my drive as she had a swimming lesson. The car was parked so that I needed to reverse off the drive.
As I closed my passenger door a van parked at the end of my drive to the lefthand side overhanging my drive, blocking my exit.
I called to the driver and asked if he could please move his van a little as I needed to leave. He walked past me carrying an Amazon parcel and said he'd only be a second so I got in my car, started the engine and waited while he delivered to my lefthand neighbour.
He walked back towards his van, but when it didn't move I turned to see him sorting through parcels at his passenger door. I opened my door and again called asking if he could please move, he shrugged his shoulders without turning and continued to sort.
Up until this point I'd been polite and calm.
I got out, approached him, and again asked him to move explaining I had somewhere to be, and as his van was on a hill he didn't even need to run the engine, just releasing the handbrake would allow his van to move a few feet. He said he had deliveries to make, and walked off towards my righthand neighbour carrying more Amazon parcels.
It was at this point that I no longer felt calm, and I didn't much feel like being polite any more. He then came back, walked straight past me to deliver another parcel three doors down!
While he was busy I took a photo of his registration.
I attempted a picture of him, but he covered his face and walked back to his van, where he seemed to do some paperwork

I just don't understand how some people can be so inconsiderate, and AIBU to think if I'd been a man he probably wouldn't have behaved in this manor?

Because it's a driving offence to reverse into the road..

Because you said so?

OP, ime Amazon employ some awful bad drivers, and some terribly rude people.

I would report him, because of his attitude more than for where he parked.

Even if I'd reversed onto the drive my exit would have still been blocked.
I did contact Amazon about this, not sure if they'll do anything though, and guess who delivered my Amazon parcel earlier?
Well he left it on the doorstep and was back in his van when I opened the door!
