in telling DH i have NOT shrunk his clothes but they are too tight because he has put on over 15kg since his transplant

the 15kg is a good thing (but very close to not being good, he starts cardiac rehab next week and can start exercising then).

but he is moaning i have shrunk all his clothes.

i havent!

If you are very strict you can do it otherwise weight gain is inevitable.The hardest thing is trying to lose it.A low sugar mega healthy mediteranean style diet works.Even a few extra calories shows on the scales within days
