I know if it was the milkman or the postman everyone would be saying I'm a miserable cow but when the council state on all their literature and their website that all bins are to be out for collection by 7am and then bloody well turn up at 6.30am.... is that fair???
When I rang the council they told me someone would be back to collect it within two days, so I demanded that someone come back for it today because it wasn't my fault that I missed the collection!
SO
am I being unreasonable?

So how come some authorities fine you if you put out your bin the night before (FGS) or leave the bin lid slightly ajar, and yet others don't? Surely the issues are pretty much the same nationwide? Why is it worth a fine in Cumbria, but not in Herts?

Oh bless him. He was so lovely. My pupil's mum was really impressed that he hung around until after the exam to find out how my pupil had got on.

He is lovely but for goodness sake don't tell him.....

He's chuffed at the moment cos' he's just got a job that he starts in June, I think, to do with the student union. He had to be voted in so someone there must like him... lol

but it means he's gonna be there for at least another year..... and he's far too busy partying to come and visit his mum.
