CMPA baby (9M) friendly meal and snack ideas?

Hello,

I have a 9 month old baby who has CMPA.

I feel like the foods I'm giving her are getting a bit repetitive and I'm struggling to think of anything else. I've had a look on Google but I'd like some suggestions from mums on here too please.

I'll give her for example:

Fish fingers
Jacket potatoes
Dahl (lentils)
Scrambled eggs
Spag Bol
Tuna pasta
Chicken curry
Pancakes
Potato and veg croquettes

I offer her fruit, CMPA friendly yogurt and melty puffs in terms of snacks. Any other ideas?

But I feel as though the above is getting repetitive and I don't want her to become a fussy eater and if she just eats the same foods again I'm worried this will happen.

What other meals/foods can I offer?

Any snack ideas?

Thanks

What do you eat? In terms of meals just give her the same. If an ingredient is butter or milk, just substitute with diary free alternative.

For snacks my go to was fruit

I’m struggling with this! My DD has egg and milk allergies and I find it hard to cook for her. Some things in my rotation:

humous and cucumber/cooked carrot (she doesn’t have teeth yet)
porridge fingers (cook porridge for 3 min, with oat milk, and cut into slices)
rice cakes
Home made baked beans

Breakfast
Toast with nut butters
wheatabix with oatley
Boiled eggs and toast

Main meals
Tuna pasta bake
Pesto pasta
Just adapt whatever you’re having. This week we’ve had this week which could be used

  • Roast dinner
Meatball pasta Baked potato with different fillings Salmon fish cakes and veg

We just give ours what we are having so we mostly eat dairy free now. I think that's a better list of food than mine gets for breakfast and lunch though, good variety overall as long as they are also getting lots of different fruits and vegetables alongside.

Homemade hummus and peanut butter with various things is good for snacks.

Examples of meals we all eat together with my one year old (but she's liked since 9 months):
Sea bass, steamed green veg, rice or roast potatoes
Salmon with similar sides as above
Roast chicken, roast veg etc
Stir fry with egg fried rice
