For various reasons, can't do career development atm.

Interested in knowing more about this! How does it work and how long did it take you to actually make money from it?

Op what job do you do at the moment if you work? Are you any good at arts/ crafts where you could sell things you make? What about an ironing service or oven cleaning service? Are you in a position to do more hours of work outside of the home or do you need to be at home to care for someone/ children?

Dog boarding for single dogs who need to sleep on or in the bed. It’s niche but I know people would pay more for that!

This isn't answering your question - but have you tried selling stuff for some quick short term cash? I've been astounded by how much money I've made selling various bits and bobs I don't need any more on Vinted, Facebook Marketplace and phone resale site (old phone, clothing, bike that's been sitting in the shed unused for 3 years). Has the added benefit of decluttering.

Can you put yourself forward for any overtime at work?

Same way doing porn is all legal and not seedy?

Matched betting is nowhere near as it used to be but you could still make a few hundred a month for a while, especially whilst doing sign ups.
