Worried about what I've just done to my breast, now a burning pain

I feel like my areolas look a bit saggy due to my breasts getting larger. I moved the skin on my breast just to see what they would look like when not saggy. All of a sudden I heard a type of tearing noise in the breast tissue and felt an immediate sore pain and now a burning sensation. Could I have injured myself this way? or could this be down to underlying condition

I think that the best thing to do would be to see a GP about this. Tearing sounds and sudden pain that resolved to a burning sensation does suggest an injury. Getting an accurate medical opinion will give you piece of mind and if there's an underlying reason, getting treated early is key. Don't put it off or feel embarrassed about it, just get an appointment as soon as you can. 🤗

That sounds like a very extreme reaction to just moving them! How were you moving them?
ouch!

I just sort of prised them with my fingers just to make them the skin stretch a bit to not look saggy anymore. I was maybe a bit rough but I don’t feel like it was enough to cause the injury but I definitely felt something happen

You could've just been too rough without realising. Sometimes I inspect my boobs and have squeezed a spot on areola before and it hurts. I'd say if they're on the larger side it's not uncommon to perhaps hurt yourself by accident.
If it feels better in the next couple of days then it's probably fine, but if it's still sore or seeming different then see the GP.
