Soooo to anyone in the know…is the price reasonable or too high/low for this?

It's not so far from us and we even flirted (very briefly) with the idea of having a punt. But chances are it'll go for way more than the estimate and the buyers premium is a minimum £6000!!. Even if it goes for the guide price there's no way we'd be paying that totally piss taking premium on a £15K spend.

I watched a George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces the other day with one of these in. That one was very carefully restored to its original interior as a boy cave for the guy and his two sons, it was quite sweet. I think he paid £15k for it.
