Seeing comments like this a lot in relation to the Oasis tour, but have seen them in relation to other bands as well!

I was a baby when Take That split up, but knew of them and liked their music and became a fan by their reunion. By some people's reckoning, I can't be a fan of Take That because I was too young to know anything of them in the 90s.

So AIBU to think that because you became a fan at a later date doesn't mean you can't be a real fan? Let everyone enjoy the music!

I was a teenage fan of Nirvana and it does give me unnecessary rage when I see people, esp kids! In InUtero tees atm!… One of the songs on there is called rape me! Do the parents know how adult that album is?!

I think oasis needs all the fans that they can get.
It reminds me of people wearing nice band tees and being plagued by middle aged men demanding they name all the songs of the band....

I thought it was the OP quoting someone else. I don’t normally pull people up for their bad grammar (although I really want to) but felt I could as it was a quote (or maybe not lol).

There will be a lot buying just because it’s seen as the place to be next year. How many have been to a Liam gig or High Flying Birds gig in the last 15 years? Both contain many Oasis songs.
