As Ive said up thread, I actually have 2, the dual drawer and the 15 in 1. Both I use regularly, indeed there is not a meal cooked here where one or the other is not in use - sometimes both
I cook 95% of meals from scratch, yes we do sometimes have a beige tea of fish fingers or battered/breaded crumbed fish - and yes they come out beautifully , but usually its those typical family meals that we all cook. Im totally disorganised most days and can be in work and think hell, forgot to get whatever out of the freezer - not a bother. Get home, pull the mince out the freezer, into the 15 in 1 to saute and brown ( as its defrosting ) , add the garlic, herbs, veg, tomatoes and stock, switch to pressure cook and within 30 mins of walking in the door - a bolognaise made and tasting like its had a good long slow cook
Have the chicken out and I can have the roast dinner on the table in just over the hour - using just one pot - steam roast the chicken on top of a bed of spuds and parsnips, when that's cooked - about 35 mins, tip it all out saving the juices for gravy, wipe the pot out ( quick rinse ) then in goes the cabbage and carrots - PC for three mins, that out and the parsnips and roasties back in for a final air fry to crisp whilst carving the chicken and making the gravy
I used the 15 in 1 and the dual drawer for the christmas dinner and OMG what a joy to get the turkey and gammon and all the hard veg cooked within 2 hours without the kitchen steaming up.
Im used to fast cooking, I used to be a chef in a very busy restaurant and am used to juggling at least two stations so for me its easy. Some people think the flaff of juggling and layering is just two complicated so dont get the full use.
I cook for 3, all with different wants and this way I can cater for all three without having to put the big oven on to do just one jacket spud for example
When I have a house full - oven gets used. No way am I doing a full Irish for 10 when the oven does it easier. Same for a roast for 10 - oven, but still using the air fryer PC function for the potatoes for mashing for example
