To ask for low calorie lunches I can eat one handed while also doing a lunch duty?

For various reasons, including my current car being on it's last legs, I will be signing up for lunch duty at least twice a week this coming term. I also have at least three stones to lose. As a TA, I have no frees at any point where I can sit down to eat, just my half hour break which I will have to voluntarily give up to do lunch duty. Not my favourite thing to do but two sessions a week will mean another £120 a month which should cover a replacement car.

Please may I have your suggestions of something I can eat one handed while holding a radio in the other and supervising the queue for the toilets? Yes, that right, I became a TA for the untold riches and glamorous life style!
Thanks.

I’d do a protein shake. You presumably only need to last until close of school then could eat a snack/late lunch. Puiriton shakes are nice and not artificial sweet. I add berries.

You can get protein yogurt in a sucky pouch thing.

Can you solve the radio problem by clipping it on to a lanyard or getting a little bag for it?

I think that a sandwich with some protein and a piece of fruit is your best option.

Chicken breast, a bit of cheese, tomato, cucumber, celery, no carbs. Chop it up at home in the morning and put it in the tupperware. Pack a little fork.

I wouldn’t normally be in favour of meal replacement shakes but this is the perfect situation for them.

Buy a Crimpet wrap and make wraps a with healthy fillings that you can hold with one hand and eat.
