just that really. I’m in desperate need of money and never seem to win more than a couple of hundred!

I've had PB since a baby and never won anything. My mum and BIL have won loads every month. I reckon I'm unlucky.

I won £250 last month but I have a large amount, think £30,000 in there.

Me! £50k this year. Guess I’ll never win the million now though as that’s my luck used up.

I’ve won £200 this year on 4k. Partner has full amount in and wins £150-300 most months.
On the thread on here there have been people winning 5k/10k type prizes

So it must have been the lottery, £1000 Premium bonds have worse odds than a ticket on the lottery, just googled it so my mistake.

I won £25k during maternity leave. When I got the letter, I thought it was a weird scam at first and was in two minds about even logging in to check. I do usually keep emergency savings and home improvement savings in there, as it's accessible within a week or so. Family members have won too.

Friend won 50k on a very small holding. Trying hard not to still be jealous

My aunt won £30K a few months ago, and it has taken us 16 years to win £25 - the cheque arrived today!
My parents win small amounts quite often 😆

Won £1000 earlier this year and generally win £100 - £250 per month. Much more fun than investing it somewhere I never hear about it!

Same here. Had my first ever £100 this year after 44 years of zilch!

We have full holdings each and win something small every month (occasionally one of us doesn't but we've not had a month where neither of us has won something). The biggest individual win has been £500 (once, each).

I won £5k last year, then my dad won £10k the next month.
Think I've had 1 £500 but other than than £50s & £100s.

I won £10k last year on 25k, ever since I've always won something, and I started January with a £1250 win.

Wow! I had the max amount in the there for about 6 years
It's now less but I have money in there since birth and never won anything . I took my money out and put it in a high interest saving account and get a good return each month.

I’d say it’s having a holding of at least £30K.

I have full holdings and have done for about 5 years and I do tend to win most months but it's only ever £25-250. I've never won more than that.

I won £1000 back in February. I only have £4000 in so that's probably a big deal. I'd love a big big win though

PiL used to have 2x full holdings for decades and have never won more that a couple of hundred pounds every few months. (Now only 1x full holdings as MiL sadly passed away a few years ago).

For many years, we used to have about £30K in bonds, but having calculated that the occasional £25/50/100 win was not even slightly keeping up with interest rates, we recently withdrew almost everything.

Whoever has the luck, it's not anybody in my extended family.

Not me. DH and I both have FH and get £0-200 max most months. Quite a few months with nothing for either of us. Only once won more than that with a £500 prize a couple of years ago. Keeping them for now as our ISAs are full, but will be used to pay off the mortgage next year.

Do they email you if you win?

I randomly bought £25.00 worth a few months ago. I have no clue what I am meant to do or if I should be adding to it.
