Two kids 4 & 6 been a busy few weeks been camping and festival and just general work etc x
Staying in today with both kids to chill out but they just fight and argue all day long!!! Is this normal?! I just wanted a nice lazy ish day and it just ends up being more stressful 😥

We go out everyday come rain or shine. Otherwise we all start getting on each others nerves and climbing the walls- adults and children!. Just a walk to the local park or taking the scooters down the towpath, doesn't have to be a day out as such....

We go out to the park or down to the river 2/3 times a week at either 8am or 7pm but other than that we’re homebodies.
ds(7) and dd(5) are both autistic and find things like soft play or the swimming baths with lots of other people quite overwhelming, so I’ve turned our garden into a play centre - we have a climbing frame/swings/2 slides/mini trampoline plus a sandpit and a 12 foot swimming pool. We have a picnic lunch outside every day.
we had a weeks city break at the beginning of August, the highlight of which for both kids was looking in new charity shops 😂

Yep always out with my 3.5 year old and newborn is just dragged all over the place in his sling! I Can’t stay home it’s always a drama, daughter taking every toy out, shouting at me for not playing with her if I dare to cook or cook or tidy / clean something

something usually happens that ends up with her injuring herself - standing on a toy or stubbing toe … gets upset that the baby is crying and she can’t hear her tv show

etc etc

Yes needs a change of scene every day even if it's just a walk to the shop
