To be absolutely outraged that Aldi are closing their click and collect service?

Just that. Have had an email this evening saying that they're closing their click and collect service from August 19th so they can concentrate on continuing to provide low cost groceries.

I have been using the service for a couple of years now and it's been great. I really really don't want to have to go and spend ages in the shop. I would go to one of the other supermarkets, but they cost a lot more than Aldi.

How do I complain?

I used the service when I felt unwell. Felt ropey this morning so was looking for click and collect and disappointed that it’s stopped. I do get why though, employing someone to do your shopping and bring it out probably takes at least 20 minutes when they could process dozens of people through the till in the time. I also hate entitled people packing at the till, that puts up prices too.
