To go bra less in this hot weather?

Not at work today but have just come back from town. First thing I did was to rip my bra off as it was making me 10 times hotter. The relief was palpable and this was a wire free one that is usually reasonably comfortable.

I'm 56, menopausal, wear an e cup, and have sensory issues. AIBU to go without one? Or if not please recommend a comfy bra that is suitable to wear in hot weather.

Whatever is most comfortable. I am similar age and stage but find it really painful to have my breasts swinging about unsupported like that. I also think it would horrify teen sons!

I'm a DD cup and never wear a bra at home. I usually wear sports bras and rarely wear a "proper" bra unless clothing demands it. Do what makes you comfortable.

I'm older than you and haven't got a bra on today. Am 36D but don't have saggy boobs - genetics rather than anything else! I tuck my t-shirt under my boobs when sitting down and working to absorb any "glow".

I do quite a lot of sport which requires serious sport bras so it's always a pleasure to ditch the "over the shoulder boulder holders" to quote a famous author.

What you need is one of these bad boys for around the house. Absurdly comfortable and ask sweaty is absence but so breezy!

Completely the opposite - I feel dreadful without an underwired bra to keep everything in place. Maybe pre-kids when I was an A cup, but with current menopausal D cup there's absolutely no way I'm taking it off until I have to.
