I had a similar experience. Never seen crowds like it; it really ruined my visit.

I liked Carbis Bay (great restaurant on the beach) and loved St Michael’s Mount. Agree with the recommendation of Kynance Cove, but go early to avoid the crowds. I had it pretty much to myself - at 6am.

Fully agree, the cove is stunning but quite the walk.

It’s not too far, but can be uneven under foot. I had a foot injury and found the steps out of the boat/harbour harder. The grounds and base are beautiful so no need scramble up to the mount itself - having climbed it on another visit I wonder how the elderly inhabitants get in and out.

Yellow Canary cafe in St Ives is a must.

Thank you v much

Id advise you to book restaurants ahead of time, it gets incredibly busy!

Oh thats a good idea.

Do you have any recommendations x
