I've been out with a group of friends and their partners/ wives/ husbands today.

When it was arranged a while ago, my partner said he didn't want to come, which was fine. However, because I was going to be out all day, he stayed up all night last night drinking and watching TV and gaming.

He was still up at 9am, clearly pissed and still drinking. I had got up, showered and made my breakfast, was sitting down at the table in the kitchen to eat it, when he started coughing. I checked he was OK, and he came into the kitchen and did this awful snort and gobbed into the sink. It turned my stomach and I told him to bleach the sink and go to fucking bed. He ran the tap, but then just kind of wandered up to bed, calling 'night' as he went.

Now I've been out all day and got home a couple of hours ago. He's still in bed.

All I can think is WTF am I doing wasting my time with this man? AIBU to let this be the final straw?

(To not drip feed, there are other issues with him being a man-child and not pulling his weight, so it's not just this one-off)

Yeah he sounds like a waste of space. I'd be ending this relationship, it's going nowhere!

He is not old enough to be part of an adult relationship - send him back to Mummy ( if she will have him ! )
you can do so much better !!!

I don't know if I want to cry for you or shake you into your senses. Please, just end this 🙏🏾.
