Well I'm not sure how mumsnet can help with this very odd question... If You are worried you can take some otc cystitis sachets.. If you develop symptoms you can get treatment... What are you looking for??

Best way to avoid a UTI is to always wash properly (soap and water) after pooing, and then wash before sex. Have sex in the morning and then drink and wee a lot throughout the day.

Ask your GP for nitrofurantoin and take one immediately after sex.
That should work, also drink plenty and take Dmannose for a couple of days.
