Last night I realised Sainsburys overcharged us by £19.99, but it was three weeks ago, shall I ring them and bitch about it?

He was brill. I asked him where in Yorkshire he was from, as he clearly was, and he said ' I can't tell you my exact location love I'm not allowed, but you are from Sheffield aren't you?'

ring them, i did once when a toy i bought DD for £3 was a pile of shite, they sent me a £5 voucher. They tried to credit nectar card but i insisted on the voucher. Bet they will refund, i found the woman very pleasant.
