To think my pay should have risen at least a little since the new tax year?

Private sector, small company. Happen to have only just seen my payslips due to useless accountants (outsourced payroll) and seen everyone else's payslips too due to their error. The other employees had rises I haven't even had an adjustment.

Haven't had any negative feedback.

Also what's the best way to bring this up?

@Jamieie so suspicious. They actually sent me the whole lot twice (so last tax year and this tax year) but I didn't realise until the latest lot.

@Spinachandcheese contact the wages office asap! this cannot be right!

The OP is right in that them having seen others' pay slips has no bearing on them asking for an annual review of some kind with pay being one of the topics. And yes, I'd double check the going rate out there to have some info to bring to the meeting - it is certainly worth knowing if one's a valued employee or not! Good luck.

Unless they've cocked up and not put through a salary increase this is an HR issue not a payroll processing one. The wages office will just do what they ate told by HR they won't have any input into pay rises

And of course it could be right, automatic tax year wage increases aren't a standard thing

Blimey that was a massive mistake.
How long have you been there? Less than a year?
