Can anyone enlighten me as to the meaning of a signal my son and his mates are making it's a finger slide down the jawline and then the finger to their lips?

Mine would get the long, dull explanation of the history of the psychological term alpha male, and its utter irrelevance to actual humans.

@TimoteiChaletpants I just asked my 16 year old.
The Alpha and Sigma thing is Alpha is "top" , Sigma "bottom" and Beta is "middle" - but it's not specifically a male thing. That might have been it's origin but it's "unisex" now apparently.
My 16 year old is a girl btw.
