I'm counting down the days to the end of term!

Counting the days off. We've literally made a calendar with days left. It's that bad. Anyone else?

We only have a month left and then the school closes for good. It's a very strange situation and it's mixed feelings. Part of me can't wait till it ends but I will miss my colleagues.

5 days for us thank goodness it’s been awful and my youngest likely will not be in for a lot of next week anyway but am glad as school is failing him anyway so he’s not missing anything anyway

I am so looking forward to the summer break, it really cannot come soon enough. I am lucky I don;t have to work so I am really looking forward to spending lots of extra time with my daughter.We have no holiday booked but we have some amazing trips to enjoy. Shes 12 and growing up fast so I am happy to spend our time together while she still actually likes me!

Yes, my children are exhausted. They’re constantly on the edge of an emotional outburst when at home. I’ve noticed they’re much better behaved for me and more manageable during the holidays as they don’t get so tired, so holidays can’t come soon enough.

My child has had enough, he has a lovely teacher and TA, but the year group he is in has been awful for years. The TA was virtually on the verge of tears several times. 2 teachers and 1 TA are leaving.

This year (year 6) has been the absolute worst. Behavior has been appalling and not handled in the best way..the whole class gets shouted at/absolute bollocking to the extent my child gets worried in case it happens again. It's the same few children again and again, . Cannot wait to leave and have a fresh start at high school.
