Over the counter ADHD medication

I’ve tried finding over the counter ADHD medication and a company called BRAINZYME on Amazon seem to have some amazing products. Too good to be true? Anyone used? One is called “Focus elite”

That's interesting as I drink coffee all day and am never tired. I am on the waiting list for assessment. I'm so fed up of the way I am at the moment. So inefficient sluggish and really easily overwhelmed. Does anyone know if lions mane helps?

I use equazen fish oils with dc (along sode prescibed meds). You can get them from boots etc. Omega 3 and 6 may have beneficial effects.
