If you registered for the Cardiff dates on Ticketmaster and haven't use your code then login to Ticketmaster and check the link below or the Cardiff sale page.

The have the ticket queue screen back up which usually means there's new tickets released.

Please let me know what's available just cos I'm nosy as heck. I missed the registration due to being sans Internet in Wilds of Norway. The Midnights presale code doesn't work.

If you don't know what I'm on about, move on this post isn't for you. My aibu is why can't I as a local Welshie even access a ticket sale let alone bloody buy some. :(

Whats strange is the mismatch here with online. I have a spare Wembley ticket and can't get anyone to take it! Have tried friends, work colleagues etc and posting about it online but very little interest. Will just put it on ticket master I guess

I had the same issue but put it down to mismatch in people's enthusiasm/budget. I had several people tell me they'd like to go but when it came to paying £110 they changed their mind.

Hay15 · 16/06/2024 09:45

Does anyone have a code I can use plz

Pepsipepsi · 16/06/2024 10:59

@WelshNerd @ImPunbelievable what dates are you trying to sell? And how much?
Most people will only buy when the tickets are available to transfer, which is usually only a few days before the show. Otherwise anyone can say 6 months in advance "yeah I got a ticket I'll transfer it in 6 months time before the show"

Why would you consider buying off someone random on the internet. That would be daft! Or are you thinking you would meet up with them at the venue and only pay them then? That would be risky though too, you would have to trust them not to sell it too someone else offering them a higher price.

It just seems too risky.

No one is going to struggle to get rid of their tickets as they can easily sell them on ticket master.

Pepsipepsi · 16/06/2024 11:31

I'm trusting but know how to avoid scams. I wasn't born yesterday! Pay with PayPal and you'd get your money back (eventually).

It's a feckin waiting list, not a wait list. Unless you are American

Although ticketmaster and other ticket sites actually refer to it as “the waitlist” in all their emails and on their site
So there is no need to be so rude

WelshNerd · 16/06/2024 20:55

I’m not selling a ticket. I was sharing my experience of having a spare ticket and it was actually quite hard to find someone who wanted it. Lots of friends said they wanted it but weren’t willing to pay even face value. So it’s a contrast to people online who are, in some cases, paying way over face value just to get in.

CissOff · 17/06/2024 07:40

There seems to be some restricted view on sale this morning but I never received a code so can’t access them 😭

Literally just bought a ticket off a stranger on the Internet for face value, who had a spare code and wanted to help people out. Paid with PayPal Goods and Services no problemo so both me and her are protected financially. Cheaper than the scalper tickets and the ticket is already in my Ticketmaster account.

I saw someone else do the same on reddit this morning. I knew kind people existed. I'd hope I'd find one on mumsnet but clearly not.

Turns out she was a friend of a friend of a friend in a Swiftie group chat which probably helped put us in contact, but she didn't have to go to the effort of providing 3 strangers with tickets.

So is ticket transfer available then?

Aworldofmyown · 18/06/2024 12:23

So I got waitlisted via Axs, they never seem to get waitlist tickets.
I obviously can't purchase resale on tocketmaster because I don't have an invite. Does this mean I will never get tickets? I was really hoping to get some resales for Wembly .

I've been in the same boat many times! Just been to Edinburgh and desperate to go again! To think I had Cardiff tickets in my basket in the first round of sales and I willingly let them go because I thought one show would be enough! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Why is your AIBU that you can’t access tickets as a Welshie if you went to Scotland when you’re not Scottish?

Doesnt bother me either way (I didn’t manage to get tickets but also didn’t try hard enough!) but it does seem like a contrary position to take!

CissOff · 18/06/2024 17:38

I got 2 via Ticketmaster today, after receiving a code last night. So pleased!

Was that via ticketmaster? I was put in the AXS group which seems to mean I have no hope of resale tickets 😔

ImPunbelievable · 19/06/2024 21:39

Put my spare ticket on Ticketmaster just now and it sold in 3 minutes! Nuts - you got to be quick!

Yes, somebody said they’d released a load of extra codes.

It wasn’t even a resale ticket through TicketMaster (though some were available!). Every time I refreshed, there were the odd single tickets available and then a pair came up in a restricted view block for £125 but it turned out to be anything but restricted view!

CissOff · 21/06/2024 07:00

They had the best time! I forfeited my ticket so my sister could go with DD.
