Tesco complaint

I asked a member of staff at Tesco for some help and she was very rude and aggressive. How can I complain to Tesco? I can't find a contact form or email address. It needs to be addressed as she has been rude to others. Thanks.

Play the long game. Get a job in Tesco wait until they let you on the tannoy.

😂

There are cameras everywhere. They will be investigated, but your behaviour will be too. While I am never going to condone rudeness, I have worked in customer service and I am unconvinced that this woman wasn’t reacting to the WAY you asked for help. In most cases, if please, thank you and a respectful tone is utilized, people will generally return the favour.

Sorry but I am a polite respectful person who worked in a supermarket in my youth and I had to make a complaint last year at Tesco after asking for help due to my disability and being treated in an unpleasant, unprofessional and discriminatory way. OP@Scenuc I had likewise a difficult route to getting hold of the manager, we even tried LinkedIn but in the end my husband went back to the store and got the direct email of the manager ,we did get a direct response, we weren’t entirely satisfied but I felt so strongly and I’m glad I made the effort to complain.

I am always polite and nice to staff. I have worked in retail and still work with the public so understand staff should be treated with respect. The manager will see on camera I am not the rude one. I asked in a nice way with manners, more than most would.

What exactly are you hoping for? How would it undo what’s been done to know that a woman, possibly with children to feed, has got into trouble at the job she so desperately needs. If that’s what you need to make you feel good and vindicated then you are the one that likely has the bigger problem here.

From my experience, many people cannot differentiate between genuine rudeness and not hearing the answer they were hoping for. Did she call you names? Did she swear at you? That would be rude. Maybe she couldn’t help you because of a physical limitation (for example if you asked for help to reach something), or because she was involved in something more urgent (for example if she is the first aider and someone needed first aid). But, as usual, I suspect there is more to the story and your actions likely played some part in what happened.

So because she has a family she can be aggressive to customers, ok
I was very polite with good manners.

Thank you for your support and understanding that staff can be rude to the public and it is not just the public who are rude as some seem to think on here.
