What would you do with holidays for 12 weeks over summer?

Live abroad and have holidays off, however I supplement by working two evenings per week and a Saturday.
Dd, 6 will be off school for 12 weeks.
We live near the beach and have a paddling pool in the garden and access to pools. She has two neighbour friends she plays with sometimes, but they won’t be there everyday of the holidays as go to grandparents etc when parents work (we have no family here)
We have a nice group of mum friends and their kids for her to play with, but again, it won’t be all the time.
Dd is very high energy and easily bored, I’m half looking forward to the time together and half panicking about the lack of alone time for even an hour.
Family will be here for two weeks of the 12 weeks and Dh will be off for two weeks towards the end also, so it breaks it up somewhat, but still leaves 8 weeks
What would you do? Would you like the thought of this or dread it?

I also want to create the perfect summer childhood memories for Dd, what would you picture that as?

Sorry that was supposed to say I work at a school, so have school holidays off, I then work evenings and weekends to supplement

I'm in Ireland so school holidays are also quite long. I put my kids into local sports camps or tennis clubs to keep them busy. We go away a couple of times so 4 weeks in total which helps break it up. Then just organising play dates, day trips and they can play out on our road which is safe. I love it, long days and no stress.

My best childhood memories of summer are playing with friends, paddling pools, picnics in the park, playing tennis on our road late into the evening because days were long and doing summer projects. Simple stuff don't overthink it.

Rent a place by the sea and swim and barbecue everyday.

@Goldiedoodling We live by the sea, so can go to the beach/swim everyday and do a bbq in the garden, that’s lovely and takes up a bit of it, although it gets so hot, we’re mainly inside.
We can’t afford to rent to go somewhere else unfortunately and also we have to work, aside from two weeks towards the end of the holidays

They are often organised by local communities and volunteers and run different activities for kids like day trips, art and craft workshops, baking classes, talent show whole host of activities. Maybe they are unique to Ireland though and are harder to organise now compared to when I was a child because of insurance and tighter child protection policies. If you have local community centres or libraries they're a good place to look for kids activities
