Being pregnant with a prolapse

As my name suggests, I’m not pregnant but if I was to get pregnant how badly would it affect a prolapse? I already have 2 children. Would c-section be recommended?

I became the owner of a cystocele after my first baby - I thought my life was over etc etc.

..I did A LOT of research into it and learned how to manage pressure fairly well and the best positions for labour with a prolapse (amongst many many other things.)

I'm now the proud "owner" of a 2 and 4 year old, both vaginal births, no worsening of my prolapse - after 2 miscarriages last year I'm trying again for number 3 and in all honesty it doesn't cross my mind most days.

Google is a scary place but I honestly can't recommend a good pelvic floor physiotherapist if you can afford it, my experience with the NHS wasnt great so I used our holiday money on fanny physio, it was worth it 😂🤐🫣

...and after birth rest rest rest, then rest a bit more. My body thanked me for it second time around.

Best of luck in whatever you decide 😊
